Hogan Leadership Forecast Series

This is a series of reports that provides information about the characteristics, competencies, and values that underlie how a leader approaches work, leadership, and interaction with others in the workplace.  This suite of assessments is typically used with mid-executive leaders wanting to develop more self-awareness and identify specific strengths and development areas.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

With more than 70 years of science-based, research-based insight, the MBTI assessment is a robust tool for self-awareness and improvement. It provides positive language for understanding and valuing individual differences. With practical insight that’s easy to understand and implement, the MBTI assessment has helped thousands of organizations and millions of people around the world improve how they communicate, learn, and work.  The MBTI and the extensive resource materials available can be utilized by both individuals and entire teams wanting to understand each other and work together better.

Stakeholder Interviews

These are short interviews with individuals that work with, for, and around the client. The purpose is to understand how others see the client's strengths and development opportunities.  This assessment approach is common with senior, executive, and C-Suite leaders wanting to get a deeper assessment of how they are perceived than an electronic survey would provide.

Various Electronic 360 Assessments

This is a more affordable option to gain a perspective of how one is perceived within an organization.  Many assessments allow for up to 15 or 20 participants as well as reports that are validated for various levels of leadership within an organization.  Depending on the size of organization, this option is best suited for leaders from the supervisor level to the director or vice president level.
